Do I need to install anything?
No. Every tool is a single HTML file that opens directly in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. There is nothing to install and nothing to update through IT.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer. Tools run locally in your browser and save project files to your own disk. WorkCapsule never receives your operational data.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse, download free tools and even purchase premium tools without creating an account. Purchases are delivered through a secure email link.
Are purchases subscriptions?
No. Premium tools are one-time purchases. Optional update plans may be offered later, but the file you buy keeps working.
Can my whole team use a tool?
Yes — department and company licences cover multiple users and allow the file to be placed on a shared drive. See the Licensing page for details.
