This agreement governs your use of downloadable WorkCapsule tools. The licence tier you purchase (Personal, Department, Company or Consultant) determines how many people may use the file and where it may be stored.

  • You may use the tool for internal commercial purposes within your licence tier
  • You may make private backups of the file
  • You may not resell, redistribute or publicly host the file
  • You may not remove licence or version information from the file

Tools are provided as-is. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence, to the extent permitted by law.
