Terms of Service

By using this website you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, do not attempt to breach its security, and respect the licence terms attached to downloaded tools.

Tools and accuracy

Tools are provided for informational and planning purposes. Verify important calculations independently. CapsuleM8 does not replace professional engineering, accounting, legal, tax or safety advice, and you remain responsible for verifying inputs, assumptions and outputs.

Purchases

Premium tools are licensed, not sold. Delivery is by secure access link after payment confirmation. A CapsuleM8 Pro subscription renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing link on your access page, and access to new downloads continues to the end of the period already paid. See the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
