Every premium tool is sold under a clear licence. Choose the tier that matches how your organisation will use the file.

• Personal — one named user, internal commercial use
• Department — up to 10 users in one department, shared drive allowed
• Company — unlimited users at one company, shared drive allowed
• Consultant — use within client engagements, deliverables allowed
• Custom — negotiated terms for special cases

Licences rely on reasonable commercial trust: the files are not technically locked, because tools you cannot copy to your own laptop are tools you cannot rely on. The full licence text is on the Licence Agreement page.
