Refund Policy

If a purchased tool does not work as described in a supported browser, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you in full.

Because tools are delivered as complete digital files, we may decline refunds where the tool has demonstrably been used to produce work product beyond evaluation. When in doubt, we err on the side of the customer.

CapsuleM8 Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
