Fair refunds for digital tools.
This document is an initial working draft. Have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional before commercial launch.
If a purchased tool does not work as described in a supported browser, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you in full.
Because tools are delivered as complete digital files, we may decline refunds where the tool has demonstrably been used to produce work product beyond evaluation. When in doubt, we err on the side of the customer.
